Job Summary
Essential Functions (Other Duties May Be Assigned):
- Advises and serves in the development and execution of short-term and long-range plans based on broad corporate goals acquisitions strategicplanningand growth objectives
- Evaluates and analyzes the results of the programs and services regularly and systematically; reports these results to theChief People Officerin addition to other management reporting such asbenefitloss and claims control sales budgets division P&L special projectsetc
- Reviews and analyzes the benefits todetermineemployee needs trendsregulationsand practices andassistsin developingcompetitive programs andservices to meet company goals
- Complete monthly reviewsand audit of all medical dental vision and voluntaryinvoicescompanyentities.
- Preparesand distributeswritten and verbal information to inform employees of benefits programs such as insurance plans pension plans 401(k) life and special employer-sponsored plans
- Administer COBRA for all locations monthly
- Administer Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
- Track all Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (401K)
- Manage the payroll 401K contributions and loan payments
- Administer the Company portions for all 401K death claims
- Administer the Companyportionfor all voluntary and life accident & death claims
- Track all Benefit DIA contributions owed due to employees FMLA and LOA
- Track all Benefit continuation issues related to employee FMLA and LOA
- Assistthe outside Auditors in the completion of the annual 401K audit
- Annual 401K non-discrimination testing
- Work with the Benefits Broker to provide census reportsand any datarequiredfor audits and renewal
- Work with Provider to complete annual ACA filings and 1095/1094 production
- Work with UKG and Consultants to complete the annual OE system build
- Assistall employees with annual open enrollment questions and problems
- Handles benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quickequitable courteous resolution
- Comply withall Internal Controls Company departmental and safety policiesproceduresand proper conduct of professionalism in compliance with company standards.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fiveyearshumanresources benefits experienceor completion of a bachelors degree in human resources businessadministrationor closely related field andone-yearexperience of Benefits experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:Mustpossessand be able tomaintainthe applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s) ifrequired.
SKILLS
- Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals maintenance instructions and other related documents.
- Attention to detail in composingtypingand proofing materialsestablishingprioritiesand meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in in Spanish preferred.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
