Job Summary

Every day you will direct the operations work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives and work with the Nurse Manager Periop Nurse Manager GI and Short Stay Manager SPD and other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
You will advise medical staff other department heads and administrators in matters related to patient care clinical best practices and strategies. You will communicate the organizations goals to the staff as we constantly seek to better serve our community by improving patient experience and delivering exceptional quality care.
To be succcessful in this role you will need to be an experienced director with a track record of success in mid to large sized hospitals overseeing inpatient Perioperative services. You must be competent and confident with excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups. We are offering to qualified and experienced external candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Masters degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g. MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
