Job Summary
Purpose: Senior station leader responsible for safe reliable and cost-effective execution of all maintenance activities supporting plant operation equipment reliability outage performance and regulatory compliance.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with NRC requirements Technical Specifications procedures and fleet standards.
- Promote a strong nuclear industrial radiological and human performance safety culture.
- Direct corrective preventive predictive and emergent maintenance activities.
- Lead AP-913 equipment reliability processes asset management strategies and system health improvement.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve equipment performance issues and drive corrective actions.
- Provide maintenance leadership for refueling and forced outages including readiness execution and post-outage improvement.
- Develop maintenance managers supervisors planners coordinators and craft personnel through training and succession planning.
- Manage maintenance operating capital and outage budgets and optimize contractor and material resources.
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance for safety quality schedule and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking self-assessments and corrective action programs.
Education Experience & Skill Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred in Engineering Engineering Technology Business or related field.
- 8 years nuclear industry experience and 4 years maintenance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of plant systems maintenance practices work management outage management and equipment reliability.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance financial management leadership and organizational effectiveness.
