Director NA Controller

Werelooking for a Director / NA Controllerfor our office inAlpharetta GA. This is a full-time onsite position.Youlljoin an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the role

The NA Controller will lead critical financial operations across multiple areas including Revenue Accounting General LedgerAccountingandFinancialReporting. This roleis responsible foroverseeing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements managing the month-end close cycle and driving technical accounting research and analysis projects such as the implementation of ASC606. The NA Controller will also handle purchase accounting and guide the transition to US GAAP policies for mergers and acquisitions while supporting ad-hoc financial analyses as needed. This rolewill collaborate with global cross-functional accounting teams to ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting.

You will also:

• Ensure allmonthly and quarterly financials are reportedtimelyand accurately.

• Lead global purchase accounting net working capital settlementanalysesand the analysis and implementation of US GAAP policies for mergers and acquisitions.

• Leadcoordinationand completionof the annual external audit.

• Assist with Ad-hoc financial analyses as assigned.

• Lead technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards and global accounting policies.

• Respond to all inquiriesin a timely manner.

About you

To excel in thisroleyou should have 10 years of related work experience including public accounting experience with a Big 4 national or regional accounting firmdemonstratingprogressive leadership experience.

You must also have:

• Previousexperience working with software/technology companies

• Extensive US GAAP knowledge in ASC 606 revenue recognition and capitalized software

• Experience with Purchase Accounting and Purchase Price Allocations is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills ability to quickly build relations

• Excellent analytical skills

• Attention to detail ishighly importantand a structured methodical approach is necessary

• Ability tooperateon own initiative

• Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in afast pacedenvironment whilemaintainingquality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
