Job Description:
TheDirector Loyalty and Promotions Strategywill leadindesigning next generation interactive loyalty that enable our clients to build strong enduringrelationships with their most valued consumers. By combining marketingexpertise business analysisandproblem solving you will set the strategic direction and program definitionforclients that include leading global brands such as Coca-Cola StarbucksandLOréal. Youwillwork collaboratively acrossateam ofstrategycolleaguesand cross-functional team members in delivering comprehensive consulting engagements acrossdynamicportfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:
Leadconsulting engagement deliveryin partnership with a cross-functional teamacross phases thatincludediscoverystrategy program designuserexperience business case and road-mapping
Utilizeyourexpertiseand experience across disciplines of loyalty marketing retention marketingcustomer engagement customer experience customer strategy and CRM to deliver significant client value
Focus on defining strategiesthatcreate moments of engagement across the customerlifecyclethat drive sustainable emotional connections between the consumer and brand
Utilizedata and analytics to inform program opportunity define the business case andoutlinesuccessmeasures
Create strong internal partnership with cross-functional team members building collaboration that spans the disciplines of creative technology data insights and account management
Develop strong client relationships andestablishinfluence with key client decisions makers
Buildandmaintainsubjectexpertiseacross the loyalty domain-includingtrends best practices and thought leadership
Qualifications:
7 - 9yearsofexperience in a strategic role at a management consulting firm strategic marketing agency orinmarketing strategy/ customer strategy leadershipforaFortune500company
Demonstratedexperienceandexpertiseinacombination of the following disciplines:loyaltymarketingretention strategy customer experience managementcustomer engagementcustomer strategyandCRM
Strategic thinker able to derive and synthesize insights to provide comprehensiveanalysis and actionable recommendations for impactful client-facing deliverables
Accomplished in combining creativity and critical analysis tostorylinerecommendations to marketing leaders -leveragingwell-developed PowerPoint skills to create compellingpresentationswith astrong narrative andeffectivecommunication skills to engage senior clients
Demonstrated analyticalapproach with strong quantitative skill set toderive data-driven recommendationsinform the financialbusiness case andevaluate programperformance
Highly collaborative with strong leadership ability -- combining the toolset and presence to lead both engagement team and clients alike
Provengrowth mindseteager and fast to learn adept in taking on new challenges andcommitted to enabling continuous improvement

The annual salary range for this position is $113000-$158000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
