Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology you are a seasoned and visionary Director who will oversee optimize and transform all MPS Business Applications especially IFS/ERP CRM SCM EDI Databrick Power BI etc. You will lead a high-impact team of IT Managers Sr. IT Engineers and System Administrators in enhancing and scaling enterprise systems to support MPS rapid growth. Key Responsibilities

• Influence to shape the strategic global roadmap and initiatives own day-to-day management of MPS business systems including IFS/ERP MS D365 CRM EDI SCM/AdexaDatabrick MS Power BI etc.

• Hardening existing systems for optimization and scalability audit readiness and compliance with SOX requirements by working closely with IT Infrastructure and security teams

• Partner with Finance Sales/Marketing Product Lines HR Legal Procurement teams to understand evolving business requirements and deliver efficient scalable solutions

• Ensure Application governance data integrity system security and adherence to internal controls and SOX processes

• Mentor support and grow a high-performing Business Applications team aligned with MPS culture and mission

• Collaborate with Asia IT team closely to ensure coherent and timely global user supports for all Business Applications

• Lead system and vendor evaluations platform assessments and RFP processes to achieve the optimal technical fit and value for the organization

• Lead new ERP system evaluation and implementation as technical program lead to manage vendor selection and system implementation with business stake holders.

• Ensure successful adoption of new technologies such as AI and enhancements through structured change management practices including communication training and stakeholder alignment

• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for process redesign automation and integration across systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information systems computer science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred

• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise applications with a strong background in high-tech industry

• A minimum of 5 years of experience building leading managing developing and mentoring direct reports

• Hands-on experience with ERP (IFS Oracle or SAP) is a must. Project Management MS D365 (CRM) EDI SCM/Adexa Power BI highly preferred

• Track record of ERP system implementation projects and support process optimization workflow automation and driving operational efficiency

• Experience managing SOX compliance including system controls audit requirements and governance

• Proven success in system and vendor selection including leading evaluations RFPs and contract negotiations

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Strong commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding user experiences

• Highly analytical and data-driven decision-maker

• Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment

• Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and technology trends

• Ability to travel as required for business needs

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience skills education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $150000 - $250000.
