Trios Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee ICU operations support staff development and drive quality accountability and compassionate patient care. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about operational excellence and evidence-based practice.

Position overview

The Director ICU leads departmental operations to support organizational goals including patient care delivery staffing budget oversight quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.

What youll bring

• Proven leadership experience in an ICU setting.
• Strong communication problem-solving and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities performance and operational goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BSN Required; Masters degree preferred or completed within 2 years of hire.
• ICU RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
