What will you do:

Lead Global Supply Chain Strategy

  • Develop and executethe end-to-end supply chainstrategy supporting businessgrowth customer experience and operational excellence.

  • Lead global planning inventory managementlogistics transportation distribution and servicesupply chain operationsthroughout the productand service lifecycle.

  • Partner closely withOperations CommercialFinance and Serviceleadership to alignsupply chain capabilitieswith business prioritiesand Annual OperatingPlans.

  • Build scalable standardizedglobal processes thatimprove responsivenesswhile reducing totalsupply chain cost.

Drive Supply ChainPerformance

  • Deliver best-in-class performance acrossOn-Time In-Full (OTIF) fillrate inventory availability forecast accuracy andcustomer service metrics.

  • Optimize inventory investmentthrough improved forecasting replenishment strategies safety stock optimization and planning processes.

  • Improve working capitalperformance by reducingexcess and obsoleteinventory while ensuringhigh service levels.

  • Lead Sales Operations& Inventory Planning (SIOP) processes to balancecustomer demand operationalcapacity and inventoryinvestment globally.

  • Develop long-rangecapacity and networkplans supporting serviceparts instrument availability transportation and distribution.

  • Utilize data analyticsand business intelligenceto identify risks improve decision-making and proactively addresssupply chain challenges.

Lead Global LogisticsOperations

  • Provide strategic leadershipfor global transportation distribution and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

  • Optimize domestic andinternational transportationnetworks for instruments service parts replacementunits and customerreturns.

  • Improve warehouse operations reverse logistics refurbishment and asset recoveryprograms.

  • Develop strategic carrierrelationships that improvecost service andreliability.

  • Ensure compliance withglobal trade regulations import/export requirements hazardous materials handling and applicable transportationregulations.

  • Establish robust operationalreporting and KPIdashboards that driveaccountability and continuousimprovement.

Lead High-PerformingTeams

  • Inspire coach anddevelop a geographicallydiverse global organizationwhile fostering aculture of accountability collaboration and continuousimprovement.

  • Build organizational capabilitythrough talent development succession planning andstrategic recruiting.

  • Lead cross-functionalteams to implementLean Six Sigma and operational excellenceinitiatives that improvecustomer experience andbusiness performance.

  • Establish clear performanceobjectives and meaningfuldevelopment plans thatenable employees togrow and succeed.

  • Serve as atrusted business partnerand influential leaderacross the organization.

How will you get here:

Education

Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Management Business EngineeringOperations or arelated field.

MBA or advanceddegree preferred.

Experience

  • 10 years ofprogressive supply chainleadership experience withina complex globalorganization.

  • Minimum of 7years leading anddeveloping high-performingteams.

  • Deep expertise insupply chain planning materials managementinventory optimizationand logistics operations.

  • Demonstrated success leadinglarge-scale operationalimprovements and supplychain transformation initiatives.

  • Strong business acumenwith experience balancingcustomer service operationalperformance and financialobjectives.

  • Exceptional analyticalstrategic thinking andproblem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability toinfluence executive stakeholdersand lead throughorganizational change.

  • Excellent communicationand relationship-buildingskills with theability to collaborateacross global functions.

  • Ability to travelup to 25%.

  • APICS/ASCM Certification(CPIM CSCP orequivalent)

  • Lean Manufacturing Certification

  • Six Sigma GreenBelt or BlackBelt

  • Experience supporting aglobal service-basedbusiness model

  • Knowledge of managerialaccounting principlesincluding working capitaland balance sheetmanagement

  • Experience leveraging ERPsystems advanced planningsolutions and dataanalytics to improvesupply chain performance
