We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Director Disease Team.
The Director of Global Oncology Marketing Disease Team will be accountable for the Commercial strategy of our pipeline in Clinical Development. This position will require outstanding leadership in disease/tumor expertise brand development and launch preparation.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide commercial leadership into asset development programs working in close collaboration with cross-functional Product Development Teams and Asset Development Teams to create Target Product Profiles conduct forecasting and contribute to tumor-area strategy
Provide commercial leadership where appropriate into Scientific Strategy development & execution (e.g. Congress Planning Scientific Platform development Medical Education programs Patient Engagement etc.) and collaborate with Medical / Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Development of Global Brand Strategy and Campaign including scientific narratives positioning of assets within a disease area key messaging and as needed content development leadership Collaboration across teams to develop plan and support commercial and enterprise readiness for worldwide product launches and campaigns.
Collaboration with regions and key markets to develop global strategy for a tumor area while supporting local needs Participate in the development of customer engagement strategy and scientific expert leader engagement. Through detailed competition tracking and assessment inform commercial planning assumptions strategy and positioning.
Develop competitive response planning.
Provide commercial leadership where appropriate for the creation & implementation of internal/external communications for the disease/tumor area.
Required experience and skills:
Bachelors degree preferably with scientific focus
Minimum 8 years combined marketing sales market access & pricing marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Understanding of healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities and the science of Oncology.
Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Companys business opportunities.
Demonstrated experience leading strategy development and implementation. Strong business acumen and ability to drive initiative forward.
Strong collaboration skills both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams.
Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership.
Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.
Preferred experience and skills:
Masters degree MBA Medical Degree or Doctorate/PhD
Global Marketing and/or Oncology marketing experience.
Demonstrated leadership in development of brand strategy brand positioning and brand marketing.
Experience providing commercial input on such activities as: target product profile development global regulatory filing strategy launch readiness reviews organized customer interactions market research demand revenue and P&L forecasting BD&L activities product development team (PDT) and agency partner management.
Experience leading disease/therapeutic area strategy development and implementation at Global level. Work with finance and business planning to manage brand forecast and S&OP process.

The salary range for this role is
$190800.00 - $300300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills geographic location government requirements and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
