Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI.
HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.
HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.
Colorectal Cancer (CRC)
HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy.
Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than Chinas National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami Florida and has additional offices in California New Jersey the UK and Ireland.
Overview of Role:
The Director of FP&A Commercial will provide support to the Finance organization and reporting to the Head of FP&A. The role will primarily support Commercial.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual operating plan quarterly forecasts and long-range planning processes for the various Commercial functions ensuring alignment between financialobjectivesand business strategy
- Develop andmaintainrobust financial models forecasts and business analytics to evaluate revenue performance pricingstrategiesand growth opportunities
- Review material business terms & conditions on vendor agreementscontractsand purchase requisitions
- Develop NPV forecasting and revenue modeling for indications prior to launch providing data-driven assumptions for early Commercial planning
- Partner with Accounting toassistwith monthly & quarter-end close processes for expenses and accruals budget vs. actual analysis and compliance with internal controls
- Help drive continuous improvement within the Finance organization to streamline processes improve communication and enhance the flow of information to the business.
- Ensure associated financial risks and opportunities both near and longer-term areidentifiedand periodically reviewed
- All other duties as assigned
Experience Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or related fieldrequired
- A minimum of12 years of life science industry experience
- Demonstratable experience of working within a fast-paced finance function
- Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of budgetingplanningand projection processes
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience with the ability to manipulate and interpret key financial data
- High levelof accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstratable experience of prioritizing workload and managing multiple tight deadlines effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong internal and external working relationships and the confidence to challenge information constructively
- Enthusiastic team player with an approachable manner and an ability to engage with colleagues across the business with a constructive and can-do attitude to deliver the successful completion of team outputs within required deadlines
This is the pay for this position
Pay Transparency
$205000 - $220000 USD
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus stock benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
