Job Summary**

The Director for Cybersecurity Operations at Jabil Inc. will lead and manage the global cybersecurity operations team ensuring the effective protection of Jabils information assets systems and data. This role is critical in developing and implementing advanced security strategies incident response plans and security monitoring capabilities to proactively defend against cyber threats and minimize risk across the enterprise.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead mentor and manage a global team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for security operations incident response vulnerability management and security monitoring.
* Develop implement and continuously improve Jabils cybersecurity operations strategy policies and procedures.
* Oversee the 24/7 security operations center (SOC) to detect analyze and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
* Manage and enhance Jabils incident response program including playbooks escalation procedures and post-incident analysis.
* Direct vulnerability management activities including regular scanning penetration testing and remediation tracking.
* Evaluate select and deploy cybersecurity technologies and tools to strengthen Jabils defensive posture.
* Collaborate with IT legal compliance and business units to ensure security requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.
* Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of cybersecurity operations to senior leadership.
* Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats attack techniques and security technologies to inform and adapt Jabils security strategy.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 CMMC).
* Manage the cybersecurity operations budget optimizing resource allocation and technology investments.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role overseeing security operations.
* Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global cybersecurity teams.
* Deep expertise in security operations center (SOC) management incident response threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
* Strong understanding of various cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 CIS Controls).
* Experience with a wide range of security technologies including SIEM EDR IDS/IPS firewalls DLP and cloud security platforms.
* Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP CISM GCIH or equivalent.
* Experience in a manufacturing or global enterprise environment is a plus.
