We make sell and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Director Food Service Role Overview

To manage the Food Service department through planning forecasting and executing specific sales agendas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manages P&L of Food Service Department.
• Manages Food Service employees and directs the sales team.
• Manages/conducts sales calls and visits customers for sales retention and contract negotiations.
• Secures new customers to increase revenue share and profitability.
• Conducts planning and forecasting activities.
• Builds volume and marginal contribution (MC) in customer locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• An Associates Degree and ten (10) years of beverage sales with five (5) years of sales management experience two (2) years of P&L management experience and five (5) years of key account sales management to include customer development experience in a consumer products industry.
• An MBA may be substituted for P&L experience.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail the ability to multi-task and set priorities strong presentation oral and written communication skills. Analytical problem-solving and leadership skills along with customer relations experience are necessary.
• Must be a team player with the ability to direct and motivate others.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel UXT and SAP experience are preferred.
• A valid drivers license is required for daily travel. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
