Applications Lead - SAP

Were looking for a seasoned SAP specialist to bridge the gap between Finance and IT. Youll own configuration solutioning and continuous improvement across core finance modules - working closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

What youll do

• Lead configuration and solutioning across GL AP AR Fixed Assets Banking Taxation and Special Purpose Ledger
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO designs working alongside developers on enhancements and RICEFW objects
• Author functional specs test cases and end-user documentation
• Manage integrations between FICO and downstream systems (BW BPC Rights Management)
• Support quarter-end and year-end close and ensure audit compliance
• Serve as the go-to liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Train end-users and drive adoption of process improvements

What were looking for

• 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with deep functional knowledge across core modules
• Strong grasp of FICO integration points with MM SD and other SAP modules
• Experience with Fiori apps in a FICO context
• S/4HANA implementation or support experience is a strong plus
• Exposure to Rights Management Systems (e.g. SAP IPM) is a bonus
• Bachelors in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field
• Excellent communicator - able to simplify complex solutions for both business and technical audiences
• Self-directed analytical and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments
