Director, ERP Platforms
Job Summary
Job duties: Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligning it with organizational objectives and business needs. Serve as the organizations subject matter expert on SAP capabilities and trends. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize ERP-related initiatives. Oversee the deployment enhancement and maintenance of SAP platforms and integrated systems. Lead system migrations upgrades and optimization projects. Ensure the integrity security and reliability of ERP data and operations. Build mentor and lead a high-performing team of ERP and SAP specialists. Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members stay current on SAP advancements. Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency through SAP solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and configure SAP systems to meet those needs. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or inefficiencies. Manage relationships with SAP and other ERP vendors to ensure successful partnerships and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related projects with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure ERP systems comply with organizational policies industry standards and regulatory requirements. Establish robust data governance practices and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Requirements: Must have Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Information Technology or related. Must have 8 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or related including 8 years of experience with ERP systems including full-lifecycle SAP implementation and configuration management and 5 years of experience with analytics tools and business intelligence applications within SAP including SAP S/4 HANA; engaging stakeholders and managing diverse cross-functional teams; integrating technologies cloud platforms and ERP architecture; ERP project management; and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
