Pay Rate: $135000 - $.5% - 26.25% Annual Bonus

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Director Emergency Services for an exciting Full-Timeopportunity in Austin TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations quality patient safety and regulatory compliance across Emergency Services.

• Drive patient throughput operational efficiency and patient experience initiatives.

• Manage departmental budgets staffing productivity and resource utilization.

• Lead and develop approximately 100 FTEs while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Partner closely with physicians and hospital leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• BSN required.

• Current RN license.

• 3 years of Emergency Department leadership experience required.

• Proven success with quality operational financial and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred.

• Current ED Director experience strongly preferred.
