Job Summary

CalciumCompany is an independent healthcare communications agency. We partner with pharma and life sciences brands on creative content media and strategy work that shows up across HCP DTC and patient experience.
Cobalt is the team within CalciumCompany that makes that work smarter combining data development analytics and AI to give our creative and strategy teams new capabilities and our clients new advantages.
Were looking for a Director who can help lead what Cobalt builds and how it shows up in the work a hands-on technology and innovation leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing data and applied AI.
The role
Reporting to the EVP Technology & Intelligence youll help bring Cobalts AI and technology vision to life partnering closely with our creative content strategy media and account teams to deliver work that wins for clients.
Three areas youll focus on:

• Product delivery. Youll help shape and execute the product roadmap for Cobalts AI offerings capability priorities releases and adoption across client engagements
• Cross-discipline partnership. Engineering applied AI and data science teams will look to you to set the bar for delivery and youll work hand-in-hand with creative content strategy and media leaders to embed AI and technology into the work
• Client engagement. Youll be in the room with senior pharma marketers pitches brand-planning sessions and conferences explaining what Cobalts AI and technology can do for their brands and campaigns

• Real scope. Youll have direct ownership of Cobalts product and technology delivery alongside the leaders of creative content media and strategy at one of the most respected independents in healthcare
• Hands-on work. Cobalt is sized so youll stay close to the work not just manage it
• Strong backing. Youll report to an EVP who will champion your roadmap and give you room to lead
