The Data Management team is responsible for developing governing and operationalizing IQVIA Digitals industry-leading healthcare and consumer data assets which serve as the foundation for our products analytics business intelligence and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with Product and Technology teams the organization ensures the quality integrity security and scalability of data across the ecosystem. Leveraging robust data management practices and a privacy-by-design foundation the team transforms complex data into trusted assets and actionable insights that drive innovation inform strategic decisions and deliver measurable value for clients across the healthcare marketing landscape.
IQVIA is seeking an experienced Director- Data Management Business Intelligence & Data Solutions to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement DataMarts that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions strong leadership capabilities and familiarity with AI-driven analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build mentor and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- BI Strategy & Delivery
- Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models.
- Ensure data governance quality and security standards are met.
- Technical Expertise
- Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear business-friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or related fields.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing ETL processes and DataMart design.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop Spark).
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $110200.00 - $307200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
