Director, Commercial Planning & Growth

Were hiring a Director Commercial Planning & Growth to help shape how NEP identifies prioritizes and executes strategic growth opportunities across our global business.

In this highly visible role youll partner with executive leadership to:

• Lead commercial planning for strategic growth initiatives
• Develop market sizing (TAM/SAM) opportunity assessments and business cases
• Translate executive priorities into actionable commercial plans
• Build repeatable planning frameworks governance and growth processes
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Strategy Finance Marketing Product and regional teams

What Youll Need:
10 years of experience in commercial planning business planning strategy consulting commercial operations or a related field
Experience developing business cases growth plans and opportunity assessments
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives
Ability to influence across a complex matrixed organization

Preferred:
Experience in media broadcast sports technology live events or B2B services
Background supporting transformation or growth initiatives
International or multi-region business experience
