The Director Change Management will serve as the enterprise-wide architect of organizational change strategy at . This role leads the design governance and delivery of change strategy across the full corporate transformation portfolio ensuring that large-scale initiatives are adopted with speed discipline and lasting impact. The Director translates enterprise strategy into actionable change architectureshaping how the organization moves adapts and sustains transformation at scale.

Operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and organizational effectiveness the Director Change Management owns the end-to-end change agenda for transformation program. This role is responsible for setting standard for how change is led across the organizationdriving portfolio-level change strategy establishing governance and methodology and serving as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership. The Director ensures transformation investments deliver sustained adoption measurable value and a culture capable of continuous change.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Change Strategy & Transformation Architecture - 45%

  • Owns the enterprise change strategy for transformation portfolio including the frameworks governance model and methodology that govern how all change initiatives are planned sequenced and executed.
  • Leads enterprise-wide stakeholder impact analysis organizational readiness assessment and change saturation management to protect the organizations capacity and accelerate value realization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Drives Enterprise Change Communication Strategy:
    • Sets the strategic direction for enterprise-wide change communications ensuring all messaging connects transformation initiatives to business strategy leader expectations and individual impact across every level of the organization.
    • Governs a portfolio-level communication calendar ensuring coordinated cadence executive voice alignment and audience-tailored messaging across all transformation workstreams.
    • Partners with senior leaders and communications teams to ensure transformation narratives are compelling consistent and reinforced at every channel and touchpoint.
  • Directs Organizational Enablement Strategy:
    • Advises the development of training content performance support tools and enablement of resources that accelerate adoption across the full transformation portfolio.
  • Governs Portfolio-Level Change Execution:
    • Establishes and governs enterprise change networks champion programs and real-time adoption feedback mechanisms that surface resistance and create grassroots momentum at scale.
    • Designs and facilitates executive workshops cross-functional sessions and stakeholder alignment forums to build organizational ownership of transformation direction and outcomes.
    • Ensures all change strategies are appropriately scoped resourced and governed relative to initiative complexity organizational risk and transformation ambition.
  • Directly leads change strategy for the highest-priority transformation initiatives serving as change advisor while building the internal change capability of project teams sponsors and people leaders across the enterprise.

Enterprise Transformation Governance & Executive Partnership 40%

  • Serves as the executive change partner to the PMO and C-suite establishing change governance standards and embedding change strategy as a core discipline across the full transformation lifecyclefrom initiative intake and planning through delivery adoption and sustained benefits realization.
  • Defines and owns change strategy for the most critical enterprise-wide initiatives ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives executive expectations and organizational priorities across the transformation agenda.
  • Architects enterprise change roadmaps that sequence prioritize and balance transformation demands across a complex portfolio of concurrent initiatives actively managing change saturation risk and organizational capacity constraints.
  • Owns enterprise change reporting and analyticsdelivering executive-ready readiness adoption and risk insights to steering committees and senior leadership to inform decision-making and course correction.
  • Advises the executive team project sponsors and portfolio leaders on change strategy organizational risk and adoption tradeoffsfunctioning as a trusted strategic advisor who shapes transformation decisions and protects delivery outcomes.

Leadership Talent Development & Organizational Change Maturity 15%

  • Coaches and advises C-suite leaders executives and senior sponsors on their visible roles as transformation leaders to sustain large-scale change.
  • Owns the evolution of LTs enterprise change management methodology standards and toolkitsbuilding institutional capability in partnership with HR the PMO and senior leadership to make change a core organizational competency.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Contributes to budget planning manages elements
  • Subject matter expert may serve as a formal mentor for less experienced associates
  • Ability to provide leadership

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in business organizational development communications or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred
  • 10 years of progressive experience in organizational change management with at least 3 years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs; consulting PMO or transformation office experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience setting change strategy at the portfolio level; Prosci CCMP or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Deep expertise in enterprise change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR Kotter McKinsey or equivalent) and proven ability to tailor frameworks to large-scale transformation contexts

  • Demonstrated ability to govern and prioritize a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives managing change interdependencies organizational capacity and strategic tradeoffs simultaneously
