DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director Analytics & Compliancelocatedin Raynham MA

The Director Analytics & Compliance serves as a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing analytics strategies that strengthen business performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory legal and internal governance requirements. This role provides strategic leadership across analytics datadriven decisionmaking and compliance monitoring partnering closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to enable innovation transparency and riskaware growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence enterpriselevel analytics capabilities while reinforcing a strong culture of integrity and compliance across DePuy Synthes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for analytics and compliance initiatives ensuring alignment with enterpriseobjectivesand regulatory expectations.

Direct the development and governance of analytics frameworks methodologies and reporting to support informed business decisions.

Establish and oversee processes that ensure data accuracy integrity privacy andappropriate usein accordance withinternal policies and external regulations.

Partner with Legal Compliance Quality IT and business leaders toidentify assess and mitigate analyticsrelated compliance and operational risks.

Lead complex crossfunctional projects that integrate analytics insights with compliance controls and monitoring.

Advisesenior leadership on emerging analytics trends regulatory considerations and risk implicationsimpactingbusiness strategy.

Guide and mentor managers and senior individual contributors fostering capability development and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment with Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all aspects of leadership and decisionmaking.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degreein Analytics Data Science Business Finance Compliance Engineering ora relatedfield.

Masters degree (MBA MS or equivalent) preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

Generallyrequires1012 yearsof progressive work experiencein analytics compliance data governance or related strategic roles.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrixed environment.

Strongexpertisein analytics strategy datadriven insights and riskbased decision support.

Experience partnering with Legal Compliance Quality or Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to policies and standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

Preferred:

Experience in MedTech healthcare life sciences or other highly regulated industries.

Proven ability to lead complex crossfunctional initiatives of strategic importance.

Knowledge of data privacy data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Experience scaling enterprise analytics capabilities and performance metrics.

Demonstrated success driving cultural change related to data integrity compliance and accountability.

Other:

Language: English.

Travel: Up to 1020% domestic and occasional international.

Certifications: Analytics compliance or riskrelated certifications preferred but not.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

150000.00 - 300000.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
