Director, Americas Supplier Management Semiconductor

We are seeking a Director Americas Supplier Management Semiconductor to lead portfolio strategy executive supplier relationships and growth initiatives across one of Arrows most strategic global businesses.

As Director Americas Supplier Management Semiconductor you will own the endtoend strategy performance and growth of our Americas region semiconductor supplier portfolio. You will partner closely with sales leaders senior supplier executives and Arrow leadership to align priorities unlock growth opportunities and strengthen longterm strategic partnerships.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Own Americas region execution of assigned semiconductor suppliers business plans with full accountability for driving revenue growth market share expansion and strategic priority alignment.

• Develop and maintain different level-tiers if relationships with key supplier stakeholders serving as the primary regional interface to align commercial strategies product focus and gotomarket initiatives.

• Lead Americas region performance management including forecasting pipeline reviews and KPI tracking to proactively identify opportunities risks and corrective actions.

• Establish and sustain a disciplined cadence of internal and external performance reviews /KPIs with branches territories and suppliers to drive execution accountability and continuous improvement.

• Execute Americas region gotomarket initiatives focused on priority technologies key verticals and strategic customer segments aligning investments with supplier and Arrow growth objectives. (Working with the arrow vertical teams)

• Act as a point of escalation for supplier and Arrowrelated issues resolving commercial operational and executional challenges in collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders.

• Partner closely with sales marketing product management and field teams to enable supplier programs demand creation activities and field execution excellence.

• Leverage data and analytics to inform decisionmaking optimize regional strategy and deliver measurable actionable business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry

• Bachelors degree MBA strongly preferred

• Proven success in semiconductor marketing supplier management or portfolio leadership

• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution

• Strong negotiation influence and executivelevel presentation skills

• Deep established relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem

• Highly datadriven with experience translating analytics into business action

• Exceptional communication skills with credibility at the Csuite level

• Willingness to travel approximately 3050% varying by quarter
