Job Summary

Milacron is looking for a Director of Aftermarket Operations (US) to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for driving above market revenue growth through exceptional leadership skills in field service and retrofit/rebuild (R&R) management. Scope of role is inclusive of strategy development value capture project management digital solution adoption and sales execution. You will have overall responsibility for the companys aftermarket operations team which is a blend of customer-facing activities as well as operational execution. You will have responsibility for the quality and volume of service provided expanding Milacrons R&R portfolio and drive aftermarket growth initiatives for the organization across the United States. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a manufacturing equipment and service environment. Technical and customer service experience with the repair of capital equipment such as plastic injection molding is highly preferred. Relocation assistance may be provided for those that reside outside of the Greater Cincinnati Youll Do:Drive aftermarket revenue growth through data-driven strategy digital tools and AI to increase market share attachment rates and and execute aftermarket strategies offerings and initiatives in partnership with strategic accounts regional sales and and optimize the end-to-end aftermarket quote-to-order process (parts service retrofit/rebuild) leveraging automation and AI for speed accuracy and on Milacrons Value Creation Plan (VCP) by streamlining processes improving forecast accuracy and enhancing customer strong financial leadership including budgeting forecasting pricing/discount governance and profitability develop and train high-performing teams; structure effective training programs and ensure strong productivity and resource business-critical and cross-functional projects that improve sales effectiveness operational efficiency and revenue as the customer advocate by deeply understanding customer needs across the value chain; own NPS and drive continuous improvement in satisfaction and aftermarket operations including parts forecasting inventory warehousing market intelligence and working capital clearly and consistently with executive leadership on performance risks gaps and strategic needs for the aftermarket :Bachelors degree in sales marketing business or engineering Masters degree preferredProfessional experience of 10 years in a progressively responsible sales management positionDemonstrated track record of leading the growth of an aftermarket business; Experience developing and marketing new Aftermarket solutions is desirableKnowledge of technical/industrial equipment plastics and/or plastics machines is a plusSolid leadership and matrix team management skills are requiredExperience upgrading teams processes and systems and as well as effective problem-solving skills are keyExperience with negotiations scheduling and project managementProven use of digital strategies to drive expansion of the business#LI-AP1 #LI-ONSITE
