Direct Support Professional Weekday Afternoon

Weekend Overnight $21.60$24.60/hour

Locations: Niles Morton Grove Mt. Prospect Des Plaines and Evanston IL Highland Park
Location assignments are first come first served based on available openings.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thurday: 2:00PM-12:00AM

Valid drivers license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles.

• $21.60/hour base rate

• $24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR

Rimland is seeking dependable compassionate and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Meal preparation

• Supporting independence and social skills

• Providing companionship

• Community outings and activities

• Supporting individual goals

No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.

• 120 hours of paid leave during your first year

• Health and life insurance after 90 days

• 401(k) after one year

• Paid CPR First Aid AED CPI and other training

• Monthly fitness stipend

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Fingerprint background check

• CANTS check

• Drug screening

Applicants must also provide:

• Original high school diploma GED or college transcript

• Two years of residency history

• Valid work authorization documents

• Two verifiable employment references from the past three years
