Hours: 12pm to 8 pm

Blue Sky Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support youth and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Moorhead MN. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others build skills achieve goals and live successful meaningful lives.

What Youll Do:

• Provide support and guidance to individuals in daily living activities.
• Encourage personal growth independence and community involvement.
• Implement positive support strategies to promote successful outcomes.
• Ensure the health safety and well-being of the individuals served.
• Maintain a supportive respectful and positive home environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct support human services mental health social services or a related field.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background study.

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
