Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR)is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Whitesboro area with a young lady who requires assistance due to a physical/developmental delay. The family is looking for a dedicated staff to provide her with support and assist her with maintaining her independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care light housekeeping meal preparation and general independence.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable patient energetic and enthusiastic. Prior experience a transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours will vary based on needs of the individual. The pay rate is $24 per hour for Community Habilitation and $22.50 per hour for any Respite provided. Indera is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Must have a valid drivers license
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFRS technology policy.
