Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Fayetteville area with a woman who requires assistance due to a physical delay. She is looking for a dedicated staff to provide her with support and assist her with maintaining her independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care transferring meal preparation and general independence.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable patient energetic and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus but not transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours include Monday through Friday 9am 12pm as needed. The pay rate is $26 per hour. This is a part-time position. Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Must have a valid drivers license
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFRS technology policy.
