ABOUT THE JOB
Job Support Professionals work with people with disabilities at their job site to provide skills training with job tasks and interpersonal skills necessary to acquire and maintain community employment.
- Assist with job skill development through positive reinforcement and encourage independence by prompting and redirecting.
- Advocate to promote inclusion encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
- Promote Physical and Emotional Well-being
