You work hard for your money why wait to be paid!JOB SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Program Manager 2 DSP V or Director of Community Supports this position is responsible for providing oversight to the Direct Support associates provides person directed services and ensures the health and safety of the people receiving FUNCTIONS:Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Ensure compliance with regulations agency policies and required documentation is complete accurate and the agencys incident management process is input in the development and revisions of policies procedures and gency forms as Chain of Command is followed when necessary and instructions are followed as stated in policy and ManagementAssist with ensuring adherence to the annual with ensuring accurate management of persons Centered ServicesProvide services to people as planned in their Life Plan (LP) which includes the persons Individual Protective Oversight Plan (IPOP) Residential Staff Action Plan Support Plans Day Habilitation Plans Community Habilitation Plans Staff Action Plans and other safeguards and ensure all related documentation is accuracy of Individual Protective Oversight Plan (IPOP) and other current activities outlined in the Habilitation Plan and as applicable to the Life and coordinate daily as an advocate for people receiving support from the person-directed services including residential and day habilitative services and assistance in personal skill assessments and compile baseline data as people so they may be included and participate in their the persons right to privacy and confidentiality by appropriate use of written and verbal collaboratively with others to ensure the persons health and medication management according to agency policy and medications according to agency policy and services and follow the persons Plan of Nursing Services (PONS).Ensure emergency medical procedures are ongoing communications with other departments. Program/Service ManagementMaintain an environment in the program which encourages and facilitates optimal personal in the identification and development of new service and support opportunities that provide quality of life assigned daily shift overlaps and specific duties as documentation filing and general office maintenance and other routine operational reports charge reports and any other paperwork as in the identification and development of new service and support opportunities that provide quality of life knowledge of and effective use of agency software Plant and SafetyEnsure the site is a safe clean environment and immediately address areas of knowledge of fire evacuation plan and ensure plan is health and safety plans are followed and standard precautions and other appropriate infection control site vehicles are maintained if an environment that encourages and facilitates optimal personal with OthersDevelop and maintain positive customer relationships both internal and external. This includes medical financial and personal information of persons receiving person in this position has basic Microsoft Office person in this position demonstrates knowledge of basic accounting and computer person in this position has good written and verbal communication person in this position is able to operate office equipment computers and medical person in this position must be able to operate wheelchair vans if applicable at person in this position must be able to work regularly scheduled hours as well as additional hours as assigned including overtime nights and person in this position must be able to be contacted outside of working AND EXPERIENCE:High School diploma GED or an acceptable TABE test score is requiredMinimally one year of experience working with people with developmental Aid/AED and SCIP Certification within the first six months of hireMedication Administration Certification as QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Where position requires driving:Valid drivers license for the state in which the person residesAcceptable safe driving recordWhere position requires driving people served by the Agency:Motor vehicle with up-to-date inspection that is registered and insuredAUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:People: This position has no direct authority and does not supervise : This position operates under the general supervision of the Direct Support Professional V and Program Manager 2 and is responsible for providing person directed services and following standard agency policy and : This position must adhere to expense guidelines and in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any : $19.16/hour
