Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

At Seven Hills Community Services we believe the people we support should have choice voice and control over their livesand youll play a key role in making that happen.
Starting pay is $20.50/hour with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Marthas Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential except the Franklin Street program which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification except at nonFranklin Street programs on Marthas Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.

Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or HiSET required.
- Active MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire training provided)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
