Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with diverse abilities Were looking for a caring and dedicated Community Respite Worker to join our team and provide essential support to individuals with a variety of challenges.

As a Community Respite Worker you will play a key part in assisting individuals with daily living activities promoting social and communication skills and encouraging active community engagement. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans that align with each persons unique goals and needs while upholding high standards of quality service excellence and ethical care.

Pay: $20.00-$37.00/hour

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required

• 1-3 years of related experience preferred

• Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and intervention preferred.

• Knowledge of human development learning behavior analysis positive behavior support collaborative consultation and abnormal psychology.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to adjust to different environments.

• Valid drivers license ability to drive and means of consistent transportation.
