The day to day:
- Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
- Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
- Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information
- Maintain a safe clean and welcoming living environment
- Complete household responsibilities such as laundry housekeeping and meal preparation
- Teach and reinforce valuable life skills
- Provide companionship guidance and advocacy
- Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support

Wage: $28.00/hour
Schedule(s) Awake overnight 9pm-7am
What You Need:
- Commitment to learning
- Patience and flexibility
- Ability to provide support using Person Centered Practices
- Strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable communicating what is working and what is not working
- At least18 years of age
- Avalid MN drivers license
- Ability to pass abackground check through DHS
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Positive Behavioral Supports / Behavioral Intervention Techniques
- Complex Medical conditions
- Communication Devices
