Pay Rate: Pay Range: $20 - $20.50 per hour (Depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Work Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 7 AM - 3 PM ; Thursday and Friday 1 PM - 9 PM

Youllspend your days supporting a group of fun vibrant individuals who enjoy:

• Watching animated Movies & cartoons
• Listening to music
• Engaging in conversation
• Spending time with family
• Going to the gym

This group is looking for someone who is kind dependable a good communicator and most of allsomeone who enjoys spending time with them. Ifyouresomeone who takes joy in building real connections and being presentinthe momentyoullthrive here.

HowYoullSupport:

• Help individuals live independently byassistingwith cooking cleaning laundry and taking medication
• Support community engagement whetherthatsa walk in the parkattending a local event.
• Be a steady presence in important momentsfamily visits milestones or just a shared cup of coffee
• Advocate for each persons rights and help build their confidence and sense of self
• Keep clear respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support

MinimumRequirements:

• Mustbe at least 21 years old
• Valid drivers license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles andassistingpeople who use wheelchairs
• Able tolift upto 75 pounds stand forlong periods and provide physicalassistancewhen needed
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)
