What You Get To Do:

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support positive direction instruction and assistance to individuals with mental intellectual & developmental and physical disabilities.  The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

• Support safety dignity independence and personal growth.
• Assist with daily living mobility hygiene housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide encouragement and complete required documentation.

Qualifications :

What Makes You A Great Fit: 

• At least 18 years old
• Valid drivers license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance
• Dependable compassionate adaptable and team-oriented
• Basic communication computer and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required background clearance
