Job Summary

Urgently Hiring for the following shifts immediately.

  • Part-Time weekend overnights(16hrs PRN)
  • Part-Time Afternoon/Overnights (Must be flexible and able to work weekends)



-Personal Care Assistance: Assist individuals with daily activities including personal hygiene grooming dressing eating and mobility.


-Encourage Independence: Support individuals in developing independent living skills such as meal preparation household chores and money management.


-Goal Implementation: Help individuals achieve their personal goals as outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP) by providing guidance encouragement and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Compassionate patient and dependable

Strong communication skills

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain

Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Requirements


High School diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

Patience empathy and a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs as required.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Ability to complete and pass a background check per company standards.
