What Youll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently safely and fully engaged in their communities.
Currently Hiring Urgently for the following hours:
Site Near Polaris
Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday-Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Site Near Westwood
Monday -Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm
Site near Perry Street:
- Friday-Sunday 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Your day may include:
Helping individuals participate in community outings events and recreational activities
Supporting personal goals and celebrating achievements
Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking cleaning and personal care
Encouraging independence and confidence
Providing transportation to appointments activities and community events
Documenting daily activities and progress
Working alongside families and support teams to create the best possible outcomes

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compassionate patient and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain
Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Patience empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs as required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to complete and pass a background check per company standards
