Description
Are you looking for meaningful work where you can make a direct impact in someones life We are seeking a compassionate dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with autism in home and community settings. This position focuses on helping build independence social skills communication and community involvement while creating positive and enjoyable experiences.
Responsibilities
Support participation in community activities such as bowling swimming parks restaurants and recreational outings Assist with developing daily living and social skills Provide supervision and encouragement in community and home settings Transport to and from activities as needed Promote independence confidence and community engagement Maintain a safe positive and supportive environment
Schedule * hours may vary according to the needs of the clients*
Flexible scheduling available including: Mornings and Afternoons Weekends: Flexible*around 10 hours a week*
Perks Hourly Pay Range $15.00
