Direct Support Professional Day Program

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual will play a crucial role in ensuring the individuals needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one supportassistanceand companionship.
• Assist with daily living activitiesincluding personal caremeal preparationand medication administration.
• Ensure the individuals safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activitiesincluding toiletingdressingand supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Dream Center.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Full-Time Hours - 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
