Job Summary
We are seeking aCommunity Support Professionalto play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to be active participants in their working as a Community Support Professional you will assist our clients with community outings. Youll be responsible for transportation to and from community outings planning for future events and supporting our clients to become active and independent members in their community. This position will require the use of your own are Monday through Friday during the day.
