The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them assisting with daily living activities fostering their independence promoting their well-being and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Drivers License for 18 months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightways Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate starting at $19.00/hour.

Full-Time Hourly $21.00 $23.10/hour
