• Supervise and assist client in safely preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Assist with all ADLs including bathing dressing toileting (incontinence care) brushing teeth etc.
• Interact and engage with client as much as he will allow
• Make frequent checks to ensure safety
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Help client identify and achieve various goals
