Including challenging behaviors of property destruction manipulation inaccurate reporting elopement paranoia substance abuseisolationand/or must be well trained and have at least 3 yearsofexperience in using positive redirection and behavior modification programs. Working with individuals with mental health conditions including bipolar schizophrenia depression anxiety PTSD substance use disorders obsessive compulsive disorder intermittent explosive disorder antisocial personality disorders role of staff is tomaintainsafety and to supportpersonserved to allow them to be the best they can be individually and/or within the community while reducing distress and providing a purpose in their formal/informal crisis plans programplansand/or behavioralobjectivesusing person-centered documentation recordkeepingandparticipatein regularmeetingsand complete required initiative when responding to a crisismonitorthe safety of persons served andprovidesupport and supervision in a positive therapeutic manner with the least restrictive methods of positive today and explore careers well lived at Sevita.
