Direct Care Worker

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote overall wellbeing.
• Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.
• Follow established care plans and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

• Previous experience in direct care or a related field is an asset but NOT required.
• Compassionate and patient attitude with strong communication skills is a MUST.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients in Whitmore Lake MI is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
