Direct Care Worker

Join University Home Care Inc as a Direct Care Worker in Richmond MI where you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 paid bi-weekly.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Ensure clients living environments are clean safe and comfortable.
• Follow care plans and uphold all safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.

• Prior experience in direct care or a related field is an asset but NOT required.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background checks.
