Saturday 10 pm to 8 am Sunday 8 am to 4 pm and 10 pm to 8 am. Total assist

Join Americas Home Health - Lancaster as a Direct Care Worker providing compassionate in-home support to individuals in New Holland PA. This role is ideal for those dedicated to improving the quality of life for others through personalized care and assistance.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the clients home.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate and patient attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients homes in New Holland PA.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Previous experience in home health care is a plus but not required.
