Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Mount Clemens MI. This role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients with mobility and exercise as needed
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Follow care plans and instructions carefully
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
- Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus
- Compassionate patient and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to and from clients homes
- Competitive pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid twice a month
