Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers inDearborn MI. As a Direct Care Worker you will provide essential support and assistance to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing grooming dressing and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning laundry and errands.
• Observe and report any changes in clients conditions to supervisors or medical personnel.
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.

• Previous experience in direct care or personal care preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job.
