Direct Care Worker

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Ensure client safety by following care plans and observing any changes in health or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in direct care or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour.
