Direct Care Provider Pool Inpatient

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Inpatient division! As a Direct Care Provider you will provide screening assessment treatment planning life skills pre-vocational training related documentation case management crisis intervention individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a inpatient setting.

Pay: $18 per hour plus shift differential

Available shift: Day Shift 7am to 7pm Night Shift 7pm to 7am

Location:Phoenix AZ 85007

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
• A High School Diploma/GED and six months of full-time Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience; OR
• A related Associates degree and six weeks of full-time Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
• A non-related Associates degree and one year of full-time behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
• A related bachelors degree; OR
• A non-related bachelors degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
• MVR clearance required.
