Direct Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Aides inWorden this role you will provide essential support and care to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with medication reminders and observing clients health and behavior.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients including light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals to report any concerns or changes.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.

• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience incare giving or healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed.
