Manage breakfast lunch and dinner service. Maintain standards for safety sanitation storage of food supplies and banquet supplies. Interact courteously and tactfully with managers coworkers customers vendors residents and resident family members. Ability to promote and execute our culture of school degree or equivalent (GED).At least two (2) years of experience in supervising dining room staff and food to speak read & write English with good comprehension. Spanish math skills knowledge of Microsoft Office Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of the restaurant service; health sanitation and safety Ideal CandidateResponsible always on time resourceful very accurate and as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends holidays and in emergency be able to work under pressure and Leadership -motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team excellent verbal communications interpersonal skills and empathetic an enthusiastic and friendly personality that has aptitude for working with a variety of people.#ZR
